SHIPPING POLICY

All wholesale orders will have a shipping cost based on the weight and the shipping zip code.

It may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to be available from the carrier. (Hang in there. It only feels like a lifetime.) We send all available shipping confirmations at the end of each day.

RETURN GOODS POLICY

Ollie can't imagine your customers won't love their Oliver Thomas purchases ... we love them and we're pretty picky! That said, customer returns are the retailer's responsibility as we do not accept Oliver Thomas return product directly from the consumer.

Wholesale items shipped as ordered are not subject to return.

No goods may be returned without prior authorization.  If approved for return, Email customerservice@theoliverthomas.com or call 833-221-0345 to receive a Return Authorization number.

A customer’s receipt is required as proof of purchase when sending Oliver Thomas product back for inspection.

Ollie’s certain that his wholesale partners will handle and accept returns in a professional, chivalrous manner and would greatly appreciate your assistance making sure customers clean their product before returning to Oliver Thomas for inspection.

Oliver Thomas Return Goods Department shall have the final decision as to the cause of damage and the replacement judgment.

In the event Oliver Thomas (A division of Black Diamond Group, Inc.) at its sole discretion agrees to accept a first quality return, shipping charges and a $7.50 restocking charge per piece will apply.

FOOTWEAR RETURN POLICY:

All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place. This includes all packaging, accessories and dust bag, if included. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
